We are called to live the Gospel message through the formation of a Christian community that is open, encouraging, evangelizing and affirming. As members of the Universal Church, we are challenged to become active disciples who continue to "put on Christ" through continuing faith development. We are called to strive through the renewal of our minds and hearts to actively love the Lord and our neighbor. Our spiritual growth is to be nourished in private prayer and devotion, reaching its finest expression in our liturgical acts of worship.As followers of Christ, we must witness our Faith to the world through concern for and service to others. In our response to others in need we become partners in the universal call of Christ that all might become one. |
